What to do for Repairs?
- To avoid delays, do not return the case to Atlantic.
- For the nearest Authorized Repair Center, contact our customer service department at 800-741-7471, or visit www.atlanticluggage.com
- Send the product, boxed and prepaid, to the Authorized Repair Center with an explanation of the problem. Be sure to include your name, address and telephone number, as well as a copy of your sales receipt.
- If your product has been damaged by normal wear and tear or by a carrier or is beyond the warranty period, the Authorized Repair Center will advise you and provide a repair estimate.
